Hello Family Members and Friends of the Kennedy-Jones Reunion:
This email hopes to find you well and rested from a long, hot summer and ready for a new school year for some, work year for others and adventures for the happily retired. The planning committee for the 2011 Kennedy-Jones Reunion (myself, my sisters and mom of course) are excited to say that the date has been set for the 2011 Kennedy-Jones Family Reunion in the lovely city of Montgomery, Alabama.
We have worked hard since the wonderful reunion in Pennslyania to come to a date for the Reunion. Over many phone calls, family meetings, prayer and one really long day together, we have chosen:
Thrusday, June 30, 2011- Sunday, July 3, 2011.
Now that the date is set we would like to know how many of our family and friends will be attend. Please reply with your intention by August 31,2010 so that we can make the best arrangements possible for the reunion.
In your reply please let us know how many people will be in your party and what type of room accommodation you will need so that we can keep everyone's expenses in mind.
PLEASE MAKE YOUR PLAN NOW TO ATTEND: THE KENNEDY-JONES FAMILY REUNION- MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA.
